  Honestly if I could give 0 stars I would. I called ahead to order my food as I’ve been left waiting 25 mins for a sandwich before. Walked in there today and my order didn’t have an sauce. I’d paid extra for cheese and sauce so I simply asked if I could have it. The woman rolled her eyes at me and handed me my sauce. I asked if there’s cheese on my sandwich as I’d looked and couldn’t see any. 
  
  
  
  
  I was told that if id paid for it then it was there. (Despite paying for sauce and that not being there) the cook then stormed around the counter and asked for my docket. To which I replied I don’t have one. She argued about that with me until another cook said he had it. 
  
  
  
  
  She insisted there was cheese so I just said okay, please don’t be rude and left. As I walked out I heard discussing me with her colleague - loud enough for every customer to hear! 
  
  
  
  
  NEVER in my life have I been humiliated in front of customers and spoken to in such a rude and degrading manor. Customer service is not a strong point of this cafe and I am utterly disgusted.
