- Jeremy Grice Added November 21, 2017★ ★ ★ ★ ★I'm going to give 5 stars even if they are not perfect they surely don't deserve all the negativity. I was really impressed with the service received from the the Newcastle branch. Rachel was especially helpful.
I would suggest that some of the negativity stems from the way they hold charges on you card weekly but charge monthly. It can be confusing but there is no rip off happening here, just a bit of confusion. If you ignore the holds and focus on the charges it's easy to marry them up and see that you have been charged correctly.
I hope that this can be better communicated for the sake of the staff and customers and that in the future they get more reviews from customers who have actually had a good experience.
I would have no hesitation in hiring from here again and would recommend them to family and friends.
