  Arrived to find room unmade, pillows on the lounge floor. When I called, they came and left me the linen to make it myself.
  Bin was full, shower dirty including used soap from previous guest.
  Left details when checking out to be contacted - NOTHING. Over the next 2 weeks I emailed 3 times - NOTHING.
  When I called and asked to speak with the manger, Tony (the 'manager') told me he was too busy. I asked what would be a reasonable timeframe to wait for a call back, and his response was "when I have time". That was 4 days ago now.... Wanted to resolve this without posting a review, hopefully this gets Tony's attention.
  Great location - Just book elsewhere.

  Absolutely disgusting attitude from staff members upon checking out to find extra charges against our credit card. We were told upon checking in that parking was included in our price only to find we had been charged again for this upon checking out. Then the man on the phone was so rude and tried to tell me I was lying and they had never promised that when they clearly did in front of a car full of people I was with.
  
  Rude customer service, terrible parking situation, room wasn’t that great for the price and unhelpful staff. I will not be staying again and would not recommend this place.
  
  Only good thing was the location but you could get better!

  I had a terrible experience. All the rooms were humid and the air conditioner was dirty. And there was mold in the bathroom, and when I opened the window, flies and bugs came in, so I couldn't open the door. My family wants to stay for 3 days and throw away the trash, so I asked the reception on the 1st floor and they told me to throw it in the trash can outside. My family was embarrassed and I found the trash room myself. It was really terrible because I think I experienced the level of a motel in Korea in 1970, not a four-star hotel. I didn't expect the kindness of the staff, but I was worried about the attitude of not wanting to work while working for wages. My family will never go again.

  Avoid this place at all costs. The first room they gave me was dirty and hadn’t been cleaned from the last guest. The second room stunk of cigarette smoke and the third room had very uncomfortable beds. It took 5HOURS to book in because each room was disgusting. Service was horrendous and they gave us the run around when we asked for a refund. No manager was on-site, so it was calls and emails and took >30 mins to get onto someone that would actually refund. THIS HOTEL IS A SCAM

  Poor service, dirty rooms and well overpriced.
  I chose these apartments being fooled by the executive in the naming along with pics and then the price to back it up. I should take some credit for such a bad decision on my behalf.
  Cold receptacle best, hadn’t received text with room codes so went to deal to enquire and was instructed to check my texts again without any eye contact or welcoming.
  Booked a one bedroom apartment for 3 adults as my daughter was meeting us for a night and was happy to sleep on a fold out, however when we checked in we realised the lounge wasn’t a fold out and they brought up a bed and initially went to put it in ten main bedroom then ended up with it in the Lounge room with no way to walk around at all. The bathroom / toilet was only accessible via main bedroom so really not a suitable room for 3 adults.
  There was a dirty coffee cup in the cupboard that had been used as an ashtray and stains on the cupboard doors and ceiling in ten kitchen.
  Major rip off.
