Whether there's a treatment difference between blue (interim) or green card, it's still a mystery to Phoenix and myself, but I certainly have not encountered any bulk-billing issues with my GPs and the A&E dept at a public hospital.
However, the communication was seamless, efficient and respectful and that's all that matters.
