Have I found a place as great as this . It’s affordable , relaxing ; and a wonderful environment.
The teachers are superb checking in with new students , offering options and challenges that do not feel like exercise . I really love the relaxation and spiritual connection to the body .

So many class types to choose from, my favourites are Yin and I have recently discovered Forrest. Teachers are all experienced, knowledgeable and lovely. The classes do fill up (because it's such a great studio!) so you should arrive early. I have always been warmly welcomed. Good vibes only here!
