  I had a bad Experience with the delivery.
  I got my order delivered today. I was told it will be delivered between 12pm to 3 pm but it was delivered at 11:30 am and we were not home that time. I asked them to wait for 15 min. but they refused and left my order at the door. It was really heavy items that we struggled to get that in house. I had a bad experience with the delivery of fantastic furniture. Very disappointing. Never gonna buy anything from here.

  Good furniture and lots of choices. Their prices are very competitive.

  Had a bad experience with the big tall boy back down in delivery area. Looks annoyed while talking with me…without any reason….bad customer service.

  Was a great and unique piece of Newcastle history even though the owner was not that helpful was great for a look as it was more like a museum than a store as it was so cluttered. Unfortunately the owner greedily sold the lovely old shop (a piece of Newcastle history in itself) to developers and was tragically demolished earlier this year and will be made into ugly and sterile highrise unit/offices.
  Rest in piece Bindi's, I will forever remember my visits to you with my father. Feel free to also leave your memories of this place too.
