An agent called Scott was the one who spoke to me. He asked me about what activities I wanted to do, cities I want to visit, and my budget for the trip. I spent 20 minutes with him. He took my details down and told me that he will email me with a plan. Two weeks later and still waiting to hear from him...
I felt that it was just a waste of time. Saved money with price drop which went towards accommodation. Shane was very knowledgeable with his own travel experience's. I won't hesitate to call him again when it's time to plan my next adventure.

I have been a client of Flight Centre Kotara for the last ten years because of the excellence of the service and the courtesy of the team. I have had service above & beyond normal expectations such as being medically evacuated out of India with pneumonia on the same day I called for help. Great team. Great knowledge.
