    I was disappointed after my family ate a meal here last Friday night. My daughter had ordered oysters which she ate and unfortunately spent the next day and evening at JHH with food poisoning. I will not be visiting this hotel to eat again.

    The staff really need to work better as a team for service to improve. Empty plates are left on tables for anywhere up to an hour despite three staff collecting glasses.
    Bar staff are very friendly but work as individuals so customers in line are missed and this causes frustration.
    No complaints about the view.
