They even came to visit to check work load (1 May) and we decided on 1-1 1/2 day pack and one day move on 24-26 May.
Since that time have no been able to contact them and have no idea if they even intend to come. Assume NO as I got a friend to phone them they called him straight back.
Very unprofessional - if they decided not to do the job a coutresy call to let me know would have been appreciated and expected.

Really took pride in what they were doing and treated our belongings like their own. My brother in-law was there on the day and has chosen to use them for his upcoming move.
